Ethnicity-centric social networking is not that new, with many sites focusing on bringing others together around a shared ethnicity or culture. There are a number of sites within Passions Network for specific ethnic groups. The way Passions Network works is that members join once, and then choose the sites that match who they are as a person…or sites that match their ‘passions’. Some of the ethnicity-centric sites in the network include http://www.NativeAmericanPassions.com, http://www.AfricanAmericanPassions.com & http://www.AsiaPassions.com, as well as http://www.InterracialPassions.com (for members interested in meeting members of other ethnicities).
